VIDEO + MEDIA
Turn what you've recorded into content ready to publish.
ProVirtual handles post-production for existing video and audio — helping turn raw recordings into polished short-form, long-form, interview and podcast content.

Recorded, but not yet published
Videos get recorded, and then the editing waits. A long recording could become several usable pieces of content, but nobody has time to cut them. Podcasts and interviews need cleaning up before they can go out. The content sits in folders instead of being published, and editing takes more internal time than it should.
Video & Media edits the recordings you already have into content ready to publish. It is post-production only, with no filming, studio or on-location work.
Great content deserves a great edit.
Recording is only the beginning. Editing shapes the pace, removes distractions, improves clarity and prepares the content for the platform where it will be published. We focus on the post-production work after the recording is done.

Short-Form Video Editing
Vertical or social-first edits for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and similar formats, with pacing, cuts, captions and basic visual treatment based on the agreed direction.
Long-Form Video Editing
Post-production for longer videos such as YouTube content, educational videos, interviews and business content that needs a clean, structured final edit.
Podcast & Interview Editing
Audio or video post-production for recorded podcasts and interviews, including cleanup, cuts, pacing and agreed export formats.
Content Repurposing
Turn one longer recording into additional short-form or platform-specific pieces so useful content can work harder across channels.
How editing works
Step 1: Send Your Files
Share the raw footage or audio, brand assets and any supporting materials.
Step 2: Confirm Direction
We clarify the intended platform, style, examples, length and required outputs.
Step 3: Edit
We assemble and refine the content within the agreed scope.
Step 4: Review & Feedback
You provide consolidated feedback for the included revision process.
Step 5: Final Delivery
We export the approved files in the agreed formats.
One recording. More content.
A webinar, interview, podcast or long-form video can often become more than one asset. When repurposing is part of the scope, we can identify useful moments and prepare additional platform-ready edits from the same source material.

Post-production, not filming.
Video & Media is a post-production service. Filming, camera crews, studio recording, on-location production, equipment rental and live-event production are not included.
A good fit if…
- You already have recorded content that needs editing.
- You want to repurpose long-form content into additional pieces.
- You need consistent post-production without building an internal editing workflow.
Probably not the right service if…
- You need us to film the content on location.
- You need a camera crew, studio, equipment rental or live-event production.
- You need pricing for a standardized package before the current Video & Media packages are finalized.
