FAQ
Questions before we get started?
Here are answers to some of the most common questions about ProVirtual, our services and what happens before work begins.

General
ProVirtual PH is a Philippines-based business support and digital services team providing virtual assistance, sales support, social media and advertising, websites and funnels, branding and creative services, and video editing. Instead of expecting one person to handle everything, we match different types of work with the appropriate skills and service.
A virtual assistant is a remote professional who handles recurring business tasks so the owner does not have to. Typical work includes managing inboxes and calendars, data entry, research, CRM updates, file organization and day-to-day coordination. At ProVirtual PH, Virtual Assistance covers recurring administrative and executive support. Work that needs specialized skills, such as sales outreach, websites, branding, video editing, SEO and paid advertising, is handled through our other services.
We work with businesses across different industries. The best fit depends less on the industry and more on what you need help with and whether it falls within the services we provide.
No. Tell us what you are trying to get done or where you need support, and we will help you determine the best place to start.
Yes. If your needs span different areas, we can discuss which services make sense together and which should be scoped separately.
The Business Delegation Audit is a free workbook that helps you see where your time is getting stuck and decide what to keep, automate or delegate. It takes about 10-15 minutes and includes a 30-day handoff plan. It is designed for business owners who are spending too much time on recurring execution, are not sure what to delegate, have tasks falling behind as the business grows, are considering a VA or outsourced team, or already delegate but still feel like everything comes back to them. You can get your copy on the Business Delegation Audit page.
Discovery & Getting Started
We will talk about your business, what you need help with, your priorities and the type of support that may make sense. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about ProVirtual and how we work.
Discovery calls are scheduled for 30 minutes. Depending on what you would like to discuss, the conversation may take around 15–30 minutes.
Yes. There is no charge for the initial discovery call, and booking one does not commit you to working with us.
No formal preparation is required. If relevant, it can help to have your website or social links, a general idea of what you need help with and any questions you would like to discuss.
If we determine that ProVirtual can help, we will recommend the appropriate service or scope and provide the information you need to decide whether you would like to move forward.
How quickly you can start depends on the service, the scope and how soon we have the access and information the work needs, and we confirm the expected start timeline with you before work begins. In general, onboarding means we understand what you need and how you work, agree the scope of support, gather the access, files, brand materials, processes and instructions needed, set up the working process, assign the appropriate support for the skills the engagement requires, and begin the work. A website project, ongoing VA support and other services can have different setup requirements, so there is no single fixed start time.
Services & Working Together
Virtual Assistance covers recurring admin and executive work such as inboxes, calendars, records and follow-up. Sales Support covers lead research, CRM clean-up, outreach, calling and appointment setting. Social Media & Advertising covers research-led content and Meta Ads management. Websites & Funnels covers design and development, ongoing care and SEO, and focused sales funnels. Brand & Creative covers identity, graphic design, collateral, presentations and pitch decks. Video & Media covers short-form, long-form, podcast and interview post-production, plus repurposing. The exact scope depends on the option you choose, and we confirm it with you during discovery.
Virtual Assistance is designed for eligible recurring business support such as administrative, executive and flexible day-to-day tasks. Services such as dedicated sales outreach, websites and funnels, branding, video editing, SEO and paid advertising require more specialized work and are scoped through their respective services.
It depends on what you need. Some engagements may primarily involve one team member, while others may require different specialists. That is part of the ProVirtual approach — we match the work with the appropriate skills rather than expecting one person to specialize in everything.
In many cases, yes. We will discuss your current tools and workflow during discovery or onboarding and confirm what we can work with.
We work with clients across different time zones, and working hours can be arranged around the needs of the engagement. We can support schedules aligned with Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific Time, UK time and Philippine time, and other time zones by arrangement. Specific working hours depend on the service and your preferred schedule, and we confirm them during onboarding. Hours are set for each engagement rather than around the clock.
Our usual response time is within 24 hours. That is a normal response-time expectation, not emergency support or round-the-clock availability. We mainly communicate by email and WhatsApp, and we can agree the exact communication process during onboarding based on the engagement.
Yes, where appropriate. If your priorities or needs change, we can discuss adjusting your current scope, adding support or using another ProVirtual service.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing depends on the type of support, scope, and level of ongoing capacity you need. We'll talk through your needs first and recommend the most appropriate option.
It depends on the service. Recurring support is generally structured through monthly service packages, while defined work such as websites, funnels and branding may be project-based.
Not unless they are specifically included in your scope. Expenses such as ad spend, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, premium tools or other third-party services are generally paid separately by the client.
Let us know what you need. We will determine whether it fits within your existing scope or requires additional hours, deliverables or a separate service.
Projects & Policies
For project-based work, the payment schedule will be included in your proposal or service agreement before work begins.
The included revision scope will be outlined before the project begins. Additional revisions or changes outside the approved scope may require additional work or fees.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next billing period or convert into cash, refunds or account credit.
