SOCIAL MEDIA + ADVERTISING

Post with a plan, not when someone remembers.

Social Media Management covers the research, planning, creating and publishing, so your accounts keep moving without the owner finding time between everything else. Meta Ads Management is separate, for when paid campaigns make sense.

Social accounts that exist but don’t move

The profiles are set up, but posting happens when someone remembers. Content gets made reactively, and the same ideas come around again. Nobody has had time to look at what your audience actually responds to. You are posting without a clear direction, and the work keeps falling back on the owner. You are thinking about ads, or running them without much structure around them.

The first step isn’t another content calendar. It is understanding what the content should say and who it is for.

Organic social and Meta Ads are separate services

Social Media Management

Ongoing support for content planning, research, captions, branded graphics, basic short-form editing, scheduling, publishing and account support.

Higher tiers can include deeper research, repurposing, community management, analytics and strategy.

Meta Ads Management

Setup and ongoing management for Meta campaigns, including account and tracking review where needed, audience work, campaign structure, basic creative adaptations, testing, optimization and reporting based on the selected plan.

Research first, then content

We don’t start by filling a content calendar. We start by understanding what to say and who it is for. How deep the research goes depends on the package.

  1. Step 1: Review & Research

We look at your current accounts and existing content, your audience, competitors, your industry and relevant trends, and how past posts have performed where data is available. We also review your brand and message, platform opportunities and gaps in the content.

  2. Step 2: Plan

We build a content calendar around what the research shows, your offers and your priorities, not around filling empty days.

  3. Step 3: Create

We develop captions, CTAs, branded graphics, basic carousels, photo edits and short-form edits within scope, and complete the included revision round.

  4. Step 4: Publish / Schedule

We schedule and publish the approved content to the managed platforms.

  5. Step 5: Review & Refine

We look at performance where data is available and use it to adjust what comes next.

Organic content and paid advertising do different jobs.

Organic social builds an ongoing presence people can check out. Meta Ads put a specific offer in front of a defined audience. They can complement each other.

We can manage one or both. Each is scoped separately unless your proposal says otherwise, ad spend is paid directly to Meta by you, and no reach, engagement, leads, sales or return on ad spend is guaranteed.

What we need from you

  • Brand assets, business information and current offers
  • Access to the social accounts or Meta Business assets needed for the work
  • Photos, video or source material when the scope depends on client-provided content
  • Timely approvals and feedback
  • Advertising budget paid directly through the client-owned Meta account when running ads

A good fit if…

  • You need a more consistent content process.
  • You want help turning business information into publishable content.
  • You need someone to manage scheduling, publishing and routine account support.
  • You are ready to run Meta campaigns with a defined offer, audience and budget.

Probably not the right service if…

  • You are looking for guaranteed followers, reach, leads, sales or ROAS.
  • You need full-scale filming or on-location content production.
  • You expect ad spend or paid software to be included unless specifically stated.
